Erik Michel our resident Chef for your stay at Cubertou has been a top international Chef  for the last 20 years, receiving numerous accolades; Egon Ronay star, three rossetes from the AA, entries in ‘The Good Food Guide’ and his former restaurant The Clock House Ripley, Surrey, receiving the honor of one of the best hundred and twenty restaurants in Britain, while also being patronized by the likes of Sir Michael Caine amongst other luminaries.  Erik and his wife Karen moved to France 4 years ago. He will be looking after all the meals and will specialize in traditional dishes of the area. He will also be in charge of choosing wine to accompany the meals. Erik’s cooking is so good and authentic you will have no need to seek local fare outside of Cubertou.
